    Is it the money taboo? Is it that they feel like they’re begging? Do they have a problem handling rejection? Is it fear of the quid pro quo ask?  Is it fear of looking stupid because they don’t know enough or won’t do it well?

    Is it that they were told they wouldn’t have to help with fundraising, and now you’re asking them to help?

    What is holding folks back, and how do you think you might overcome this based on what you’re learning?

    Please share what’s working/not working for you so you can get feedback from me and your colleagues.
