    Where does social media fit in your overall approach to fundraising and do you have a deliberate strategy?

    Please share what’s working for you so we can all benefit.  Specific examples are great!  Here are some ideas to get you going, but please don’t be limited by them.

    • What do you do when someone likes or retweets your post or call to action?
    • When someone clicks through from social media to your website, what do you do to capture their email?
    • What metrics do you monitor to determine the success of your social media strategy in leveraging donations and/or building your email list?
    • Who is in charge of the social media part of your year-end fundraising campaign, and how do marketing and development integrate their efforts?
    • If you’re not really incorporating social media into your year-end campaign, what’s holding you back?
